The fourth quarter of 2024 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top sports apps in Ireland, according to Sensor Tower data. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared across downloads, revenue, and active users.

EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile Soccer experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $16.9K in late November. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a high of 3.2K in the week leading up to Christmas. Active users peaked mid-quarter at 14.7K before declining to 8K by the end of December.

DAZN - Watch Live Sports saw variable weekly revenue, reaching a high of $5.9K mid-October. Downloads spiked to 4.2K in mid-December, coinciding with a peak in active users at 17.4K.

NBA: Live Games & Scores had a steady increase in revenue, peaking at $6.5K at the end of October. Downloads were modest, with a peak of 709 in late October. Active users steadily increased, reaching 4.3K mid-November.

Top Eleven Be a Soccer Manager maintained consistent revenue, peaking at $5.3K at the end of December. Downloads saw a rise towards the end of the year, reaching 591. Active users remained stable, hovering around 6.6K.

8 Ball Pool showed strong revenue growth, peaking at $9K just before Christmas. Downloads increased sharply during the same period, reaching 4K. Active users, however, saw a decline from 18.8K to 12.7K throughout the quarter.
